Egypt
Group-backed telecom infrastructure delivery and manufacturing
HOI-MEA Egypt
HOI-MEA operates in Egypt as a core engineering, manufacturing, and delivery platform within the Group’s operating model. The Egypt operation integrates engineering coordination, infrastructure fabrication, quality control, and on-site execution, supporting both local projects and regional delivery programs.
In addition, HOI-MEA Egypt operates licensed passive infrastructure (TowerCo) activities, supporting long-term network deployment strategies within the Egyptian market under applicable regulatory and operator frameworks.

Egypt TowerCo Platform
Licensed Passive Infrastructure Operations
HOI-MEA Egypt operates licensed passive telecom infrastructure and TowerCo activities within the Egyptian market, supporting long-term network deployment strategies for mobile operators and infrastructure stakeholders.
The Egypt operation is structured to support the ownership, deployment, and lifecycle management of passive infrastructure assets, including towers and related site components, in compliance with national regulatory requirements and operator frameworks.
This platform enables controlled development of infrastructure assets across urban and regional environments, with a focus on durability, operational continuity, and long-term asset performance.
Scope of TowerCo Activities in Egypt
HOI-MEA Egypt’s TowerCo operations encompass:
- Development and deployment of passive telecom tower infrastructure
- Engineering coordination for site design and structural compliance
- Fabrication sourcing and quality oversight for tower systems
- Installation supervision and commissioning coordination
- Ongoing lifecycle support, inspections, and asset integrity management
These activities are executed in alignment with Egyptian licensing frameworks and operator technical standards.
Integrated with Group Engineering and Manufacturing Support
While TowerCo operations are licensed and executed locally in Egypt, they are supported by Group engineering, fabrication, and quality frameworks, ensuring consistency in design logic, material standards, and execution discipline.
This integration allows the Egypt TowerCo platform to operate with the reliability of a structured delivery organization, while remaining fully aligned with local regulatory and market conditions.
Long-Term Infrastructure Orientation
HOI-MEA Egypt’s TowerCo platform is oriented toward long-term infrastructure ownership and performance, prioritizing:
- Structural reliability and safety compliance
- Asset longevity and maintainability
- Predictable deployment and operational handover processes
This approach supports operators’ network expansion requirements while maintaining disciplined control over asset quality and lifecycle performance.
